Terms of service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms govern the use of the Inovinn service (the "Service") and the inovinn.com website provided by İnovecho Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Inovecho"). If the business using the Service (the "Customer") has signed a separate agreement or order form with Inovecho, that agreement prevails. This is a translation; the Turkish version prevails.
1. The Service
Inovinn is an online software service that lets hotels manage, share within their team and report on their conversations with guests on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email and similar channels in a single panel. The scope, plans and fees of the Service are set out in the agreement with the Customer.
The Service is currently in a pilot phase; features continue to be developed and may change.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are created only for staff authorised by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for its users complying with these terms.
- Users keep their sign-in details confidential and do not share them. Any unauthorised use must be reported to us immediately.
- The Customer may require two-step verification for its users.
3. Acceptable use
The Customer and its users use the Service in compliance with:
- applicable law, in particular the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and
- the rules of the connected channels, in particular the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and Meta's platform terms.
In particular, it is prohibited to send unsolicited commercial messages, send marketing messages without the recipient's opt-in, share misleading or unlawful content, attempt to weaken the security of the Service, or use the Service to attack other systems. Inovecho may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
4. Third-party services
The Service works with third-party platforms such as Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger), whose use is subject to their own terms. Meta's rules, fees and access decisions (e.g. restricting a number or rejecting a template) are outside Inovecho's control, and Inovecho is not liable for interruptions resulting from them. Meta's messaging fees are charged to the Customer's own Meta account.
5. Data and privacy
- Data the Customer brings into the Service, including guest messages, belongs to the Customer. The Customer is the controller of this data; Inovecho acts as processor, only on the Customer's instructions and to provide the Service.
- Data processing terms between the parties are set out in a separate data processing agreement.
- Processing for which Inovecho is the controller is described in our privacy policy.
6. Intellectual property
The software, design, brand and documentation of the Service belong to Inovecho. The Customer is granted the right to use the Service for its internal business during the term of the agreement. Copying, reverse engineering or reselling the Service is prohibited.
7. Service level and liability
- Inovecho takes reasonable care to keep the Service available and free of errors, and announces planned maintenance in advance. Any service level commitments are set out in the agreement with the Customer.
- To the extent permitted by law, Inovecho is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages arising from actions of third-party platforms. Inovecho's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months before the damage occurred. Wilful misconduct and gross negligence are excluded from this limitation.
8. Term and termination
The term and termination conditions are set out in the agreement with the Customer. When the agreement ends, the Customer may export its data within a reasonable period, after which the data is deleted.
9. Website
Content on inovinn.com is for information and may change without notice. Links may lead to third-party websites, for whose content Inovecho is not responsible.
10. Changes
Inovecho may update these terms. Material changes are notified to Customers a reasonable time before they take effect. The current version is on this page.
